What do I need to get started I hear you ask?

Literally just your body, and 30 minutes of your time. 30/4/30 is a 30 day, 30 minute track using only bodyweight movements and is suitable for everyone. Just set the timer and go!

4020 is a higher intensity track covering 90 days and you can introduce weights like dumbbells or kettlebells or water bottles at a level you feel comfortable with. A skipping rope, mini bands and an exercise mat are also used.
