With a mixture of body weight movements, cardio, some weighted movements and a lot of fun, this class will hit all the spots and set up for a great day or help you unwind after a mental one!

The Power Hour

This class is designed to get you stronger. Lifting weights and building muscle has many benefits, particularly as we age. You will not grow muscle overnight and you will not get too bulky. Its hard to build muscle and it takes a lot of time. This class will leave you feeling strong and empowered.
